Our fees

A cornerstone of our agreement is the broker fee structure. As our client, you agree to pay a specified broker fee for our services, acknowledging that this fee is non-refundable. It's also important to note that we may receive compensation directly or indirectly from the insurer for your purchase of insurance under this agreement. While no additional fees are anticipated at this time, we maintain the right to charge for future services, should they arise, with your agreement.

Your autonomy and freedom of choice are paramount. You are under no obligation to purchase any insurance product we recommend and can decline any proposed insurance product without incurring any obligation. 1. Our Services/Broker Fee

Services/Broker Fee is the purchasing amount for our service provided by our professional and dedicated service team. Our services include, but are not limited to the following: assit you about travel insurance, providing detailed information about the policy, navigating the best-suited plan(s) for you, and providing the documents for your needs. We offer comprehensive support throughout the whole process, ensuring time saving and getting travel insurance without any hassle.

The Services/Broker Fee depends on the selected insurance plan, trip duration and the number of insured person, as described below:

☑ Please note that the broker fees outlined above apply per individual. For group purchases involving more than one person, the total broker fee will be calculated by multiplying the stated fee by the number of individuals in the group. This ensures that our comprehensive support and dedicated service extend to each member of your group, offering you the best possible value and peace of mind on your travels

☑ When this box is checked, we disclose to you that our agency or an affiliate of our agency receives compensation from an insurer or other third party. The compensation we receive includes the following if one or more boxes are checked:

☑ Commission computed as a percentage of the premium you pay for the insurance.

☑ Contingent commission, profit sharing, or nonfinancial rewards, computed annually and based on the amount of premium and profitability of all the insurance business we place through the insurer. This compensation is not guaranteed.

☑ I agree to pay the broker fees specified above to Travelner Insurance ( Travelner Travel Agency L.L.C). The broker fee IS NOT refundable. BROKER also may be entitled to receive compensation from the insurer, directly or indirectly, for the CLIENT’s purchase of any insurance as a part of this agreement.

2. Travel Insurance Premium From Insurer

The travel insurance premium is determined by the current rates established by the insurance providers, and it varies depending on factors such as the coverage trip, your age range, and the specific plan you have selected.

Company’s Licenses

We are a licensed agency and sell travel insurance by contractual agreements with insurance companies. We are licensed in states as required by each underwriter that we are appointed by. In the State of California, our agency does business as Travelner Insurance Agency LLC. Our current licenses are listed below:

Discounts / Promo Code Terms

The promo code offer (“Offer”) is on our transaction consulting fees only. Discount varies based on the transaction consulting fees charged for travel reservation, and the value of the discount will be up to the amount of the consulting fees charged for that transaction or the promo code's value per transaction whichever is less. You must use the promo code at checkout to redeem this Offer. This Offer may be revised or discontinued without notice.

• Travelner Insurance may issue certain promo codes which are generally valid for online travel reservations and bookings, though some specific Travelner Insurance promo codes may only be used over the phone through our Customer Support center.
• We invite you to sign up for our newsletter to receive promo codes by email.
• Travelner Insurance promo codes are non-transferable, can not be sold or bartered, and hold no cash value.
• To receive the value of the discount, a valid promo code must be entered in the promo code link on the payment page. If the code is not entered the discount cannot be redeemed and has no value. Due to technical problems, if the code is not accepted or a coupon link is not present, you have the right to not purchase the product or service, but in no circumstances will the credit be applied after the purchase is made.
• Travelner Insurance promo codes offers may be revised or withdrawn at any time without notice, even if other websites are displaying the same offers.
• For all technical errors, there is no recourse except you have the right to not make the purchase.
• If the offer is withdrawn, the promo code becomes invalid and the Site and system will not accept the promo code when entered. This is final and you have the right at that point to continue with the original price or not continue with your purchase.
• The final price displayed (with or without promo code) will be the amount billed/charged and there will be no credits/discounts applied after purchase for absolutely any reason.
• Travelner Insurance promo codes may not be combined with another offer.

We reserve the right to decline any transaction that may have had an error in promo code value even after the booking is created and the booking receipt is issued.

The Company accepts a variety of payment methods as reflected on the Website. You agree that your Payment Method may be charged by one of our affiliated entities. Before you can submit a request for purchase using the Website, you may be required to provide a valid card number and associated information for a payment card that you are authorized to use, including any of or all of the following: (1) your name as it appears on the card; (2) the credit or debit card type, (3) the card’s expiration date; (4) any activation numbers or codes needed to charge your card; and (5) the billing address or zip code or postal codes associated with your card. You acknowledge and agree that any actual or threatened breach of these Terms or infringement of proprietary or other third-party rights by you would cause irreparable injury to Travelner Insurance and Travelner Insurance’ licensors, and would therefore entitle Travelner Insurance or Travelner Insurance’ licensors to injunctive relief. The headings in these Terms are for convenience only and shall have no legal or contractual effect. If any provision of these Terms or application thereof is held invalid, the invalidity shall not affect other provisions of the Terms that can be given effect without the invalid provisions and to this end the provisions of these Terms are declared to be severable.
