Country Restrictions:

Due to U.S. and other applicable trade, laws, and regulations, Travelner Insurance does not provide travel protection plans for travel to the following countries/regions: Afghanistan, Belarus, Burundi, Central African Republic, Chad, Congo, Crimea/Sevastopol, Eritrea, Guinea, Iran, Iraq, Lebanon, Liberia, Libya, Mali, Niger, North Korea, Pakistan, Russia, Sierra Leone, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Yemen. No services, including claim payments, will be provided for travel to these restricted locations. This list may be updated to reflect newly imposed sanctions. The list of countries above would be changed depending on our providers.

Cuba

Travel to Cuba is permitted under this plan only if authorized by a specific or general license issued by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC). At the time of claim submission, you must provide proof of your OFAC authorization and a description of your travel reason. Additional documentation may be required to ensure compliance with U.S. trade. Failure to provide the required documentation may result in claim delays or denial.
